Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team at Orion Group. As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling components for our clients in the marine industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
• Operate hand-held oxy-fuel burning tools and general workshop machinery and tools specific to fabricating
• Work in a team environment to meet production deadlines and quality standards
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• 6 months+ experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
• Baseline Security Clearance and Disclosure Scotland check

Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate of £19.35 per hour (PAYE)
• Overtime pay at £29.03 per hour (Dayshift) and £38.12 per hour (Nightshift)
• Radius allowance of £45 per day for candidates more than 35 miles from site
