About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our team at RPS Group. As a key member of our structures team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality design services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of structural projects, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions that meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement in our design services.
Requirements
  • Chartered Engineer or equivalent qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Proven experience in structural design, with a strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and technical skills, with the ability to motivate and guide junior engineers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to project delivery.
