Overview

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Aurora Foxes. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring all financial processes are complete and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and check petty cash reconciliations
  • Day-to-day administration of Soldo debit cards
  • Support the hotel with income transactions
  • Ensure sufficient funds are available in petty cash at all times

You will work closely with our Central Finance Operations Team and onsite staff to ensure that all Purchase Orders are raised prior to ordering or works being commissioned. You will also assist with any PO related tasks and provide support to the Business Manager as required.
