Job Summary

SaluteMyJob is seeking a highly skilled Internal Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As an Internal Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our assessment processes and practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality assurance activities in line with our IQA strategy, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement sampling plans based on risk and in line with our IQA strategy.
  • Conduct observations of teaching, learning, and assessment, providing clear, constructive, and timely feedback to delivery staff.
  • Deliver training, mentoring, and support to delivery staff, including induction training to new members of staff.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in a mechanical engineering environment.
  • Strong background in internal quality assurance.
  • Good understanding of work-based learning programs.

Qualifications

  • Award in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (or equivalent).
  • Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (or equivalent).
  • Engineering Level 3 qualification.

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
