About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and caring Home Support Associate to join our team at Bupa Global. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily living tasks, providing emotional support and companionship, and contributing to a positive and inclusive care environment. You will work closely with our experienced nursing staff to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care. You will also have a strong commitment to upholding the values and standards of Bupa Global.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in activities and conversations to promote mental and social stimulation
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive care environment, promoting respect, empathy, and understanding among colleagues and residents

Our Benefits:
