Role Overview

The Project Analyst will play a critical role in the Market Operations COO Team, driving the PMO process for Markets Operations Transformation. This includes providing program and portfolio governance, oversight, and monitoring, as well as managing the process around budgets, prioritization, and new project initiation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the PMO process for Markets Operations Transformation
  • Provide program and portfolio governance, oversight, and monitoring
  • Manage the process around budgets, prioritization, and new project initiation
  • Ensure each project and program has clear delivery plans in a consistent manner across the portfolio
  • Take an active role in book of work review at an initiative, program, and/or project level
  • Responsible for delivery of Quality Metrics, PM Risk Appetite, Status Reporting, and spot check results
  • Interface with risk and control functions to ensure change risk management is robust across the portfolio
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
  • PMP or project management qualification equivalent would be a plus
