Job Description**Role Overview**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Joinery Tutor to join our team at Learning Curve Group. As a Joinery Tutor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training and education to our learners, helping them to achieve their goals and succeed in their careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of Joinery-related courses and programs to learners, including apprenticeships and study programs.
- Develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies to engage learners and promote their progress.
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a high-quality learning experience for all learners.
- Contribute to the development of new courses and programs, and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure that our training meets the highest standards.
- Provide support and guidance to learners, including those with special needs or disabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in Joinery education, and apply this knowledge to improve our training programs.
Requirements
- Qualified to Level 3 in Joinery or equivalent.
- Relevant teaching and assessing qualifications, such as a teaching certificate or diploma.
- Experience of working in a training or education environment, preferably in the Joinery industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with learners, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
