Procurement Manager - Center of Excellence and Improvement | Real Estate


Talent Drive | B Corp™ is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team and drive excellence in procurement practices. This role is pivotal in creating a center of excellence and continuous improvement to enhance the procurement cycle.


The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of five category buyers, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across procurement. They will also support the procurement transformation program, embedding new ways of working and fostering innovation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of category buyers, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across procurement.
  • Support the procurement transformation program, embedding new ways of working and fostering innovation.
  • Develop and manage training programs to enhance user adoption of Source to Pay processes, including onboarding and capability building.
  • Oversee data analytics activities, ensuring contract compliance, data accuracy, and performance reporting.
  • Manage supplier performance tracking, coordinating KPI monitoring and escalation processes.


Requirements:

  • Strong track record in driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
  • Experiences of procurement within construction, property or manufacturing would be a plus but not a must.
  • Advanced data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience supporting implementation and user adoption of leading Source to Pay (S2P) tools, including training delivery.
  • Solid understanding of downstream (P2P) processes and KPI improvement strategies.
  • Knowledge of category management, sourcing best practices, and governance.
  • Exposure to supplier relationship management programs is a plus.
