This fixed-term contract offers a great entry point for those with minimal experience - full training will be provided. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and possibly secure a longer-term role. The team manages the movement of goods across Europe, and you will be part of a supportive culture working alongside experienced professionals dedicated to your success.

The key responsibilities of this role include creating and processing groupage shipments on assigned services, assisting the Supervisor/Manager and colleagues by creating bookings, providing customer assistance, invoicing, and undertaking general daily duties related to the department. You will also ensure client needs and expectations are met-and where possible, exceeded-in a timely and cost-effective manner.

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 1 year of office experience (essential). Experience in transport/logistics is beneficial but not essential - a willingness to learn is key. Excellent tele manner and strong customer service skills are also required, as well as confidence in speaking to international clients and building strong relationships. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are also necessary.

A competitive salary of £25,000 per annum and excellent benefits make this an attractive opportunity. Comprehensive training will equip you with the skills needed to succeed in this role. There is also a possibility of extending your contract beyond the initial term, offering a chance to gain valuable industry experience.
