The Opportunity

This exciting role offers a seasoned Quantity Surveyor the chance to join our Retail division and contribute to the success of our clients. With a focus on commercial management and surveying, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while making a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and subcontractors to drive business growth and client satisfaction.

2. Collaborate with the Senior Surveyor to ensure accurate and timely financial procedures.

3. Evaluate and recommend trade contractors, systems, and manufacturers to support project delivery.

Requirements

• A degree qualification or significant experience in commercial management and surveying within the construction industry.
• A solid understanding of JCT/NEC forms of contract and contract law.
• Ongoing professional development and accreditation.

Package
