Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical building services equipment across a range of commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintenance of commercial gas equipment
  • Fault finding and repair of mechanical building services equipment
  • General maintenance duties, including pumps, hot water pipes, FCUs, AHUs, and VRVs
  • Working a Monday to Friday schedule, with a 1 in 4 call-out rota

Requirements:

  • F-Gas or commercial gas tickets
  • Experience in a facilities maintenance or building services role
  • Strong communication skills
  • A flexible and can-do attitude
