Unlock Your Potential as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

Are you a University Relations expert looking to leverage your consultative experience to drive business growth? Eversource is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team and lead the development of campus recruitment strategies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to build a diverse talent pipeline that meets our workforce needs.
  • Create and execute on-campus recruitment activities, including developing relationships with campus administrators and student organizations.
  • Source and identify top talent, manage on and off-campus information sessions and interviews, and consult on final candidate selection and offer extension.
  • Lead the enhancement of on-campus programs and strategic partnerships, identifying creative solutions to recruiting obstacles and process improvements.
  • Promote Eversource's full-time opportunities, development programs, internships, and cooperative education programs within our communities and other workforce development initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of full lifecycle campus recruiting components, including sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, networking, assessing, salary negotiation, relationship management, and due diligence.
  • Experience developing campus administration relationships, student relationships, and campus recruiting programs.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and demonstrate a candidate-centric approach to help Eversource stand out as an employer of choice.
  • Strong MS Office skills and experience with Workday ATS or other enterprise TA systems.
