About the Role

We are seeking experienced HGV Class 1 and Class 2 Drivers to join our team at DHL Supply Chain. As a key member of our distribution service, you will play a vital role in safely and efficiently delivering goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Multi drop deliveries to convenience stores of ambient, chilled, and frozen goods - up to 12 drops per day
  • Any 4 from 7 shifts - candidates MUST be able to work weekends on a rota basis - Every other Saturday
  • Contracted week will be week 1 - 3 shifts and week 2 - 4 shifts
  • Manual handling of cages, palletised products, and milk dollies
  • Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules, and vehicle regulations
Requirements
  • Candidates MUST hold a valid HGV Class 1 Licence (Cat C+E) or HGV Class 2 Licence (Cat C), Driver CPC Qualification, and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Candidates MUST have no more than 6 points on their driving licence
  • Candidate MUST have at least 6 months 'on the road' commercial LGV driving experience
  • Candidates MUST live locally to Stoke on Trent
