Care Companion

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Companion to join our team in Northampton. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in supporting adults of all ages to maintain their independence and quality of life.

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, showering, and toileting
• Help with mobility and transfers within the home
• Oversee medication administration and provide medical support as needed
• Perform household tasks, such as cleaning, cooking, and tidying
• Run errands, including food shopping and prescription collection

• Able to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Possess a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle
• Right to Work in the UK (we do not offer Health and Care Worker visas)

• Paid mileage at 35p per mile
• Early Pay App - request up to 50% of pay in advance of payday

The estimated salary for this role is approximately £19,500 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
