HSE & Training Manager - Health and Safety Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professional to join our team at Kerry, a leading taste and nutrition company. As a HSE & Training Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe working environment for our employees and adhering to regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE best practices and legislation, with experience in supervising health and safety activities in a medium-sized or multi-site manufacturing company. A relevant degree and minimum IOSH qualification are preferred.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Safety Culture Development: Drive culture change and reinforce good safety cultures within the organization.
- Risk Management: Coordinate the generation and routine maintenance/review of risk assessments and safe systems of work processes.
- Accident Investigation: Lead the coordination of accident investigation processes and recording/reporting injuries as required by law.
- Audit and Compliance: Designate and carry out routine site health, safety audits to comply with local and regional requirements.
You will also be responsible for chairing the co-ordination of the activities of the site HSE Committee(s) and reviewing/ updating Site Health, Safety Management Systems. Additionally, you will support Occupational Health Programs, drive continuous improvement, and represent the site/company at local, regional, or national H&S forums.
