Job Title: Compliance Associate

We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Compliance Associate to join our team. As a key member of our compliance function, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our business operates in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake elements of our compliance monitoring plan across all areas of the business.
  • Support the team with the identification, investigation, and response to complaints.
  • Assist with the development of documented processes and procedures across the business, encompassing the identification of risk and controls and monitoring adherence.
  • Report any issues and/or risks to the Compliance Manager (Operations) as agreed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to use all Microsoft Office programs to a competent level.
  • Desirable experience in an internal/external customer-facing environment, quality assurance, or compliance monitoring activity.
  • Experience of working in a financial services environment.
