As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our Practice Manager, Optical Teams, and Clinical Governance Optometrists to create a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead by example, inspiring your colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Contribute to the day-to-day running of the practice, setting high standards for professionalism and excellence.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and healthcare professionals in the local community.
• Listen to customers' needs and provide accurate, up-to-date information to ensure their satisfaction.
• Select the best products for each customer, ensuring their needs are met.
• Effectively lead your team to deliver an excellent service in a great environment.
• Uphold the highest standards of clinical care, ensuring our patients receive the best possible service.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a fully qualified GOC registered Optometrist with additional registration with the relevant NHS body. We're looking for inspiring individuals with a friendly, professional personality who can work collaboratively as part of our team.
