Job Description

As a Quality Lead at Dabster, you will collaborate with our strategic network project team to deliver high-quality product families to our Blackpool site. You will partner with cross-functional teams, including NPD, Manufacturing Engineering, and other stakeholders, to ensure the proper application of design controls, risk management, and process validation activities in line with franchise and site procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality strategies related to the transfer of products, materials, and components within J&J.
  • Supervise, mentor, and coach project quality engineers to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Approve IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV, and software validation.
  • Conduct risk mitigation and strategic planning with project leaders and manufacturing engineering teams.
  • Ensure effective quality strategies are created for the validation of test methods and processes.
Requirements
  • Good collaboration, mentoring, and coaching skills.
  • Expertise in CAPA/PFMEA/Control Plan/Lean Six Sigma methodology.
  • Good knowledge of manufacturing processes relevant to medical devices.
  • Good documentation and reporting skills.
  • MS Office skills.

  • Problem-solving abilities, data analysis, and interpretation.
  • Experience in medical devices manufacturing (preferred).
