Job Title: SEN Learning Support Assistant

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a mainstream primary school in the heart of London. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting children with special educational needs and will be able to work closely with the SENCO, other LSAs and outside agencies/therapists.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting children with a variety of needs across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
* Working closely with the SENCO and other LSAs to develop and implement individualized support plans
* Running intervention groups to support children's social, emotional and mental health
* Supporting behaviour and promoting positive relationships with children

Requirements:

* Experience of working with children with special educational needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Makaton and Team Teach training desirable

Working Hours:

* Full time, Monday to Friday
* 8:30am to 4pm, term time only
