We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Control Manager to join our team at Connect Recruitment Consultants Limited. As a key member of our collections team, you will be responsible for overseeing the collections process and ensuring that our team is following best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Account Monitoring and Prioritization: Monitor all open loans, ensuring up-to-date records and prioritizing workload based on urgency.
- Customer Engagement: Encourage portal registrations and solicit customer feedback, collaborating with the Customer Retention Team for customers eligible for further funding.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage email accounts associated with collections, delegate tasks such as redemptions and statement requests, and assign new loan accounts to the team.
- System and Process Improvement: Familiarize yourself with Emerald and suggest system improvements to enhance the CRM platform for collections.
- Training and Development: Keep team training up-to-date, maintain a log of covered topics, and liaise with the Operations Manager to ensure all Collections Team related training modules are up-to-date.
- Third-Party Case Management: Handle loans in the recovery process and update timelines accordingly.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in credit control and collections management
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and process improvement
