An Exciting Opportunity for a Product Manager

As a Product Manager - Signo Readers, this role will focus on the end-to-end management of the flagship HID Signo readers within the HID Physical Access Control Solution (PACS) reader portfolio. The role is an interdisciplinary position that bridges the product with development, operational, commercial, and support teams to provide best-in-class products and customer experience.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management with an emphasis on electro-mechanical and embedded firmware systems within the RFID and physical access control industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and/or profitability.
- Develop and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for the end-to-end lifecycle planning of the Signo product line.
Requirements:
- Product development expertise from concept to product launch.
- Product management experience across multiple customer types, technologies, development methodologies, standards, and regulations.
- Ability to make difficult trade-offs with intelligent risk-taking.
- Strategic thinking and effective management of complex projects.
- Demonstrate cross-functional leadership with Sales, Quality, Finance, and Operations.
- Effective communication in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
- Familiar with CRM tools and analysis such as Salesforce, Oracle-EBS, Oracle-PLM, etc.
- Experience with product development and product management tools, such as Jira, TestRail, and Miro is beneficial.
Work Requirements:
- Compliance with all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.
- Travel and fieldwork including international travel, therefore, the employee must possess or can acquire a valid passport/visa.
