About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Teledyne UK Limited as a CNC Machinist, working on the machining of aircraft components from engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading machining fixtures
  • Setting up five-axis and three-axis machines
  • Using measuring equipment such as micrometers, Vernier calipers, plug gauges, screw gauges, and ring gauges
  • Performing regular maintenance and cleaning of machines and tools
  • Good understanding of CNC programming
  • Understanding of drawings and geometric tolerances
  • Experience with Fanuc controllers is beneficial

Requirements:

  • Prior experience using an CNC machine
  • Experience working to ISO 9001 or AS/EN 9100 quality approvals
  • Experience in the aerospace, defence, or automotive sector
