Client Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Support to join our Wealth Planning team within the Financial Advice arm of our business. As a Client Support, you will play a vital role in providing a smooth client-centric service to our advisers and their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a seamless client onboarding process
  • Provide timely and effective communication to clients regarding ongoing business, queries, and appointments
  • Manage cash movements and balances with precision
  • Administer client information onto back-office systems and platforms
  • Assist with ad hoc office duties and prepare for client appointments
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the financial services industry
  • Proactive approach with excellent communication skills
  • Organized, proactive, and observant
  • Desire to progress within the Financial Planning industry
