Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lease Sales Support Specialist to join our Corporate Team at Inchcape Retail - Part of Group 1 Automotive. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing operational processes for our corporate and national accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our corporate and national account customers
  • Manage online portals and respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities and work with the sales team to maximize sales
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service level agreements
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to the management team

Requirements:

  • Fleet experience preferred but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • Excellent IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Flexible and adaptable with a customer-focused mindset
