Job Title: CPN - Adults Psych Liaison

Hunter Gatherer Mental Health is seeking a skilled and dedicated CPN to join their Adult Psych Liaison team in Greater Manchester. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with professional Community Psychiatric Nurses to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mental health support and liaison services to adults in Greater Manchester.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve patient-centered outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health policies and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Current and valid registration with the NMC.
  • Proven experience within a CPN recovery role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
