About the Role

As a Project Manager at MIGSO-PCUBED, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of automotive projects from initiation to completion. This includes ensuring all deliverables are met within scope, time, and budget. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex automotive projects from concept to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and cost objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality assurance, and supply chain to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and budget tracking.
  • Monitor project performance, report on progress, and implement corrective actions when necessary to meet project goals.
  • Manage project documentation, including technical specifications, compliance reports, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure projects adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards specific to the automotive industry.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise project processes and outcomes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional projects from concept to delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive product development processes, engineering principles, and quality management systems.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
