Job Summary:

Igloo is seeking a skilled Compound Driver to join our team. As a Compound Driver, you will be responsible for inspecting and manoeuvring vehicles around the busy compound on light commercial production plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Move vehicles around the site, including from the end of production line area into vehicle despatch compound
  • Drive both right and left hand drive vehicles
  • Carry out vehicle movements reaching them on foot or in a team minibus
  • Ensure vehicles are parked as in full compliance with customer requirements
  • Inspect vehicles on handover and prior to movement
  • Use handheld scanners to ensure vehicles are located in the system
  • Perform other tasks as requested by supervisors and management

Requirements:

  • Full clean UK driving licence required and held for over 2 years
  • No more than 6 points for minor offences
  • Previous Van driving experience
