Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Production Engineer to lead our production team in the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and technologies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in machining and programming, with experience in CNC programming and simulation software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead the production team in the development and implementation of new products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Manage and maintain manufacturing equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high-quality products.
  • Provide training and support to production team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in machining and programming complex components.
  • Strong background in CNC programming and simulation software.
  • Experience in leading production teams and implementing process improvements.
