Business Administrator

We are looking for a highly organized Business Administrator to join our team at Bennett Staff Bureau. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in Tameside.
About the Role:
- Assisting with sales ledger functions, including posting receipts, credit control, and chasing debtors for overdue payments.
- Managing purchase ledger functions, including posting payments and BACS transfers.
- Preparing weekly payment schedules and assisting directors with management of property elements of the business.
- Reconciling bank and petty cash accounts and inputting sale orders and purchase orders.
- Performing other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent IT skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Experience using Xero Software.
- Experience in Accounting and Bookkeeping.
- A good eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.50 - £16.00 per hour, plus holiday pay.
- Weekly pay whilst temporary.
- 32 hours per week over Monday to Friday.
- Company parking available.
