Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance and Service Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development of our registration services, ensuring statutory compliance, and delivering a quality service that meets the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registration Service in meeting its statutory requirements and customer expectations through efficient and innovative processes.
  • Contribute to improving, shaping, and growing the Registration Service, embracing digital technology and creative solutions to develop effective, relevant, and resilient services.
  • Lead sessional registration officers, ensuring their ongoing professional development and excellent standards of performance.

Requirements:

  1. Advanced knowledge of civil registration, public protection, and counter-fraud requirements.
  2. Commitment to developing and improving the quality of services provided.

Salary: £40,833 - £50,168 per annum (dependent on skills and experience).
