Job Title: Production Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer to join our team at Teledyne UK Limited. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align, test, and verify RF, analogue, and digital products to predetermined specifications.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot non-working electronic devices to component level and report root cause and failure mode.
  • Follow and maintain company operating procedures, quality instructions, and associated policies.
  • Operate and maintain various types of electronic testing equipment.
  • Document technical problems and report to production management and engineering.
Main Objectives:
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in product design, processes, yield, and performance.
  • Meet customer delivery requirements by following company and manufacturing procedures.
  • Create production documentation and technical reports.
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings and provide production support and fault finding.
  • Plan, implement, and coordinate activities against objectives set by management.
  • Highlight and solve problems during the assembly and test stage.
  • Support 5S and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • HNC in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of MIL-STD-883 and IPC-A-610.
  • Experience with AutoCAD preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.
