About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at The White Company. As a key member of our store management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, achieving business objectives, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving budget sales and controlling costs
  • Assist with training, development, and motivation of staff to achieve highest possible levels of customer service and performance
  • Manage the customer experience as part of our multi-channel strategy
  • Maximize contribution by helping to achieve business objectives and controlling costs
