Westgate Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and proactive Domestic Care Support to join our team at Westgate House Care Centre in Ware, Hertfordshire. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, well-being, and safety of our residents.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate of £11.55 per hour, with a 50p p/h weekend enhancement. Our comprehensive benefits package includes Blue Light Card, Extras Discounts, Cycle to Work Scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, Refer a Friend Scheme, Employee of the Month award, team social events, and loyalty and long-service awards.
Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all assigned rooms, paying close attention to surfaces, floors, and en-suite bathrooms. This includes replenishing cleaning products and adhering to Health and Safety procedures to ensure company operational standards are met.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for individuals who share our values, have an interest in helping others, and possess a can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team. While previous experience is not essential, we welcome applications from those who are eager to learn and develop their skills.
