- Deliver a learning experience that enables students to achieve their individual potential.
- Collaborate with the school to provide opportunities for personal and academic growth.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- A mathematics qualification at degree level or equivalent.
- Qualified Teacher Status, although this is not essential.
- Experience in teaching mathematics in a secondary academy setting.
- The ability to provide tailored support to meet the individual needs of students.
- Effective monitoring, assessment, recording, and reporting of student progress.
