Conveyancing Expert

Role Description: As a Conveyancing Expert, you'll be responsible for managing your own portfolio of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, mortgages, and other related matters. You'll work closely with clients, colleagues, and external parties to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload of property transactions
• Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions
• Stay up-to-date with conveyancing procedures and software

Requirements: To excel in this role, you'll need significant experience as a Conveyancer, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. You'll also need to be proficient in conveyancing software and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, dependent on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including bonuses, staff profit shares, enhanced leave, life assurance, income protection, private medical cover, health cash plans, and opportunities for career growth.
