We are seeking a skilled and passionate Front of House Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and mouth-watering food offerings at The Swan Inn, a beautiful 13th century thatched country pub & restaurant.

As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the customer journey is second to none
  • Taking accurate orders and working closely with kitchen staff
  • Ensuring payments and receipts are correct
  • Confidently recommending menu and drinks offerings
  • Observing service and standards and reporting any incidents or issues

You will need to demonstrate:

  • Previous leadership experience in a hospitality or customer-facing environment
  • Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer
  • The ability to deliver excellent customer service and great teamwork in a fast-paced and pressurized environment
  • A result-driven and ambitious individual keen to develop your career and your team
