About the Company
The company is a leading worldwide specialist in metalworking fluids, custom chemical solutions, and industrial lubricants. They manufacture and supply a range of products in Europe through their sales branches and distributors.

Job Responsibilities
This Sales Engineer will manage, coordinate, build, and develop business relationships with customers and distributors. Key responsibilities include:
  • Organizing and structuring sales activities, regular visits to main customers, and supporting the sales team at other customers.
  • Managing specific global and European accounts, developing growth strategies, and negotiating pricing agreements.
  • Creating new business and sales opportunities, identifying new markets for products and services, and collecting market data and reporting trends.

Requirements
The ideal candidate has a degree in Chemical or Technical Engineering, several years of commercial experience in B2B consumable goods, and excellent interpersonal skills. Experience in the metal working industry is preferred. The role requires flexibility, strong communication and selling skills, and analytical abilities. A network of contacts within the industry is advantageous.

Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary, estimated around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.
