About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As a Commercial Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing suitable insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring that clients' insurance needs are met and exceeded.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Insurance Solutions: Provide suitable insurance solutions to clients, including negotiating with insurers to obtain the best terms.
- Policy Administration: Handle policy renewals, amendments, and claims efficiently, ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and company procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding client service and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar insurance broking role, preferably in a commercial insurance environment.
- Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of commercial insurance products and market trends.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, and proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite.
