About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering quality, person-centred care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants
  • Support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
  • Respect the dignity and preferences of our residents while creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment
About You

To be successful in this role, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualised care and support.
