Manufacturing Productivity Engineer

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Productivity Engineer to join our team at Caresoft Global Limited. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing productivity engineering and systems support for powertrain programs.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide technical leadership and expertise in industrial engineering practices, including physical time studies, process allocation, ergonomic studies, machine cycle charts, and work standards.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver highly technical projects, including manufacturing operations, to address difficult issues and facilitate dialogue.

* Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency in manufacturing processes.

* Work closely with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

* Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

* Proven track record of delivering highly technical projects and improving manufacturing processes.

* Strong understanding of industrial engineering practices and systems.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
