Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Level 2

Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Teaching Assistant to join our team at Coed Hirwaun Primary School. The successful candidate will work closely with Foundation Phase and Key Stage 2 staff to provide support and assistance to pupils, enabling them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to pupils, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons, ensuring a smooth learning environment.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents, fostering a supportive community.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enhance pupil engagement and motivation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching methods.

Working Arrangements:
