We are now seeking a seasoned Cloud Native Community Manager to spearhead our efforts in creating a vibrant developer community. This role involves developing compelling content, engaging with developer communities, and promoting Cloudsmith as the go-to solution for artifact management and supply chain security.

The Role

This position requires a deep understanding of cloud-native environments, DevOps, and supply chain security practices. You will be responsible for building and fostering relationships with developer communities, creating technical content, and analyzing community engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Community Engagement & Advocacy
    • Engage with developer communities to promote Cloudsmith's capabilities and benefits.
  • Content Creation & Education
    • Develop high-quality technical content to educate developers about Cloudsmith's value proposition.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify product gaps and opportunities to better serve developer needs.
  • Social Media & Online Presence
    • Grow Cloudsmith's online presence by sharing technical content and updates on relevant social media channels.
  • Metrics & Community Insights
    • Analyze community engagement metrics to inform decisions on improving outreach and adoption.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, community management, or related roles.
  • Strong technical writing skills and a proven ability to create educational resources.
  • Solid understanding of cloud-native environments, DevOps, and supply chain security practices.
  • Hands-on experience with developer tools, open-source communities, or API integrations is highly desirable.
  • A competitive compensation package, including equity, estimated at £70,000 - £100,000 per annum.
