About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Brandon Hire Station. As a key member of our operational branch team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient running of the branch on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Branch Manager and team in day-to-day duties, including supervising the hire desk and drivers' schedules to ensure efficient delivery and collection of assets.
  • Assist in the management of the workshop, ensuring all assets are in good working order and any repairs are managed effectively.
  • Monitor the branch's profit and loss (P&L) and take a proactive approach to maximizing it.
  • Support the administration of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of branch colleagues.
