The Role
We are seeking a Speciality Beverage Specialist to join our team. As a Costa Barista, you will be responsible for crafting great coffee that hits the sweet spot every time. You will serve customers with a smile, ensuring they walk away happy and excited about their next visit.
Responsibilities
- Crafting great coffee that meets our high standards
- Serving customers with a smile and excellent customer service
- Soaking up knowledge on Costa products, including teas, frappes, seasonal ranges, and more
- Working with your team to maintain health & safety and cleanliness across the store
- Having fun, learning, and developing as a team member
