Electrical Calibration & Maintenance Role

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Calibration Maintenance Operator to join our Calibration & Maintenance Department. This is a 12-month contract position, working on Commercial Off The Shelf equipment, performing Electrical Safety Checks, and maintaining calibration test records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out calibration of COTS Equipment using METCAL.
  • Maintain calibration test records and update databases.
  • Provide assistance to skilled operators during the calibration of Special to Type Test Equipment.
  • Carry out Electrical Safety Checks.
  • Check and complete all paperwork associated with C&M tasks in line with Department procedures.
  • Maintain workmanship and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all associated procedures applicable to the department.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in planning and organizing skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • BTEC Level 3 in Electrical & Electronics or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in a calibration & maintenance environment.
  • Manual handling training.
