Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine an individual's functional ability
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed reports
  • Communicate effectively with clients and healthcare professionals
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

  • HCPC/NMC registration
  • Report writing skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work towards set targets
  • 1 year's experience in a medical practice
