Job Description: As a senior hairdresser instructor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality hairdressing training programmes, including creating engaging lesson plans, conducting training sessions, and assessing student progress. Your expertise will enable students to develop their skills and knowledge in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality hairdressing training programmes
  • Create engaging lesson plans and conduct training sessions
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications:
  • Advanced hairdressing qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 4)
  • Proven teaching or training experience

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a hairdresser
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
