We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a teaching assistant. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in supporting children's learning and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

The successful candidate will assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality education, supporting children one-to-one in the classroom and within the ERB.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • The ability to build good relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues;
  • Commitment to equal opportunities;
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team but also be able to use their own initiative;
  • Good organisational and time-management skills;
  • Patience, a positive outlook, and a great sense of humor;
  • Excellent communication skills, including high levels of spoken and written Standard English.
