About the Role:
Park Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Manager to join our team in a successful client company, an innovative manufacturer and distributor of energy-saving products. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sustainability and a desire to make a significant impact in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry, including M&E consultants, contractors, architects, and engineers.
* Promote our waste water heat recovery system, designed to recover energy lost during showering and reintegrate it into homes.
* Navigate the specification route to market, especially through M&E consultants, and establish strong relationships to ensure specifications convert to sales.
* Contribute to strategic business development, driving growth in new sectors like retrofit, in alignment with the government's decarbonization goals.
Requirements:
* M&E qualification and experience working within a practice in the commercial construction sector.
* Strong grasp of the technical specifications of construction materials or products, especially if selling complex systems like HVAC, insulation, or energy-efficient solutions.
* Familiarity with construction products, market trends, and the construction supply chain.
* Proven experience in developing & managing client relationships with key stakeholders.
What We Offer:
* Highly competitive base salary (£55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience) and commission.
* Company vehicle / car allowance + fuel card.
