An accomplished Chartered Building Surveyor is required to contribute to the success of a reputable Chartered Building Surveying Practice offering a diverse range of services to clients across the commercial, private, and public sectors. The practice operates nationwide, with offices in key locations, including London, the Southeast, Midlands, and Northwest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections and provide expert advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of various types of buildings and sites.
- Carry out measured surveys, defect diagnosis, and associated investigations to determine the condition of existing buildings and identify potential issues.
- Develop proposals for repair and maintenance, taking into account the unique characteristics of each building.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in building surveying, with a strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
